I was challenged by Nic from The War Paint Guru to do a 1920's flapper look, now I've already done a flapper look but I knew what I wanted to do as soon as I saw her suggestion. I tried to encorporate the art deco side of the 1920's into the lip and I really wanted to hang black string from my eye for the flapper skirts but of course we didn't own any that was thin enough!
